Mission Statement

At Change Agent Solutions, we are dedicated to empowering organizations and communities by promoting diversity, equity, and leadership development. Our services include dynamic workshops, strategic consulting, and inspirational talks designed to foster inclusive cultures and inspire meaningful change. Who We Are?

Leading the charge is Nellie Tovar, a dedicated activist with over 15 years of community work and a strong background in Big Law, where she led impactful DEI initiatives. She holds an AA in Communications from Gavilan College and two BA degrees from UC Santa Cruz. Recognized for her activism and education in social change, Nellie has received numerous awards, including the 2023 Champion Award from a top 500 law firm for her work in diversity initiatives. With experience working with diverse communities both locally and globally, she served in the UK for survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 and led leadership workshops throughout Mexico. By combining corporate insights with grassroots activism, Nellie delivers tailored, innovative strategies that create lasting impact for her clients and communities.
